This policy explains how Pixel Pinkscape, LLC (“Pixel Pinkscape,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit pixelpinkscape.com, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us. It does not cover separate apps, stores or platforms we link to, which have their own policies (see “Other services we link to” below).

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Newsletter signups. When you join our email list, we collect your email address.
• Project inquiries and emails. When you use the “Request a Project” form, it prepares an email in your own email app. If you send it, we receive what you included — typically your name, email, organization, project details, budget range and timeline. The form itself does not store anything on this website.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Google Cloud) records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working.
• Cookies and analytics. This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tracking. Our fonts are hosted on this website, not loaded from a third party. Update this if analytics are added
• Embedded YouTube videos. Video thumbnails load from YouTube (Google) when a page opens, which shares your IP address and browser details with Google. The YouTube player itself loads only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Once a video plays, YouTube may store information on your device and collect viewing data under Google's Privacy Policy.

How we use information

• To send the newsletter and product updates you signed up for.
• To reply to inquiries, prepare proposals and deliver work you request.
• To keep the website secure, fix problems and understand whether it is working.
• To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• MailerLite — stores newsletter subscribers and sends our emails.
• Google Cloud — hosts this website. Accurate once the site moves to Cloud Run
• YouTube (Google) — plays embedded videos.
• Your email provider and ours — carry the messages you send us.

Other services we link to

Some of our products and our community live on other platforms: Payhip (purchases of the AI Twin Pinkprint) and our social media and Facebook community pages each have their own privacy policies. Pixel Pinkscape Avatar Studios is a separate application with its own privacy policy, available inside the app. Credits are purchased inside Avatar Studios, and those payments are processed by Stripe. Information you provide there is handled within that app, not by this website. Avatar Studios' policy is only viewable inside the app; add a public link here if it gets its own web address

Your choices

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
• Access, correction or deletion. Email us to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

How long we keep information

We keep newsletter information until you unsubscribe, and inquiry and project records for as long as needed for the work and for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
